Olivia has been running Land 1031 since May 2023. Before Land 1031, Olivia worked at National Land Realty as an Executive assistant. Prior to, she attended Winthrop University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Management, with a minor in Marketing.
Since 2023 she has worked closely with Agents, CPAs, Attorneys and landowners to facilitate 1031 exchanges and defer capital gains taxes. She's a wealth of knowledge to her team!
In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, or lending a helping hand to local farmers. She and her son are based out of South Carolina.
